International Student Scholarships

How can an international student afford US university bacleors degree, they fee is at average $40000?
Are there student loans, any scholarships to international studens?
Just to echo RoaringMice’s answer.
International students are not eligible to receive U.S. federal loans or funding from the U.S. government. Any loan would have to come from your own country in the form of a personal loan.
Do some research on banks and/or lenders in your area, bear in mind you will not be able to get a personal loan to cover the entire cost of your tuition and even if you could, you would more than likely be denied a student visa from the embassy on this basis. Also note that if you do borrow that you can afford to make the repayments.
Grants and scholarships are very hard for international students to obtain as there are only very few available and they are usually reserved for the exceptional students who excel in a certain area. If you are an undergraduate then that chance is even smaller.
Again as RoaringMice stated – The majority of international students are self-supporting. If this something that you want to do then my advice would be to save as much as you can, talk to parents and other family members and see if they would be willing to sponsor your studies.
Edit:
As the cost is obviously an issue as it is with the majority of international students, then I would recommend looking at Community Colleges in the state you wish to study in.
Community Colleges are only two-year colleges and once you have completed those two years you can then transfer to a state/metropolitan university for your final two years and complete your degree.
The real advantage to this is that Community Colleges save you a significant amount of money in tuition costs, in some cases what you save in tuition costs for your first two years can end up paying for a year in a state/metropolitan school.
Certainly worth looking into.
