How do I find grants for education for the partially deaf/TBI victims?

I am applying to get my PhD in Clinical Psychology, and am hoping to seek out grants to help the funding. I am partially deaf due to a traumatic brain injury in 2003. Are their institutions that give grants to the hard of hearing or TBI victims? If so, where would I go to find them? Thanks!

Call your County Unemployment Office first. Then check with your State’s government offices if they can’t help you. Do it today before the weekend. You may have to write letters to different agencies. Get a head start before Memorial Day weekend.
