The Conference Centre
The Arabian seafaring theme at The Jumeirah Beach Hotel is dramatically portrayed in the stunning architectural form of the Conference and Banqueting centre. It has been designed in the shape of a traditional dhow - an Arabic wooden boat. Externally, the teak cladding combines with glass panels to convey a sense of high technology and Arabic craftsmanship.

Inside comprises a main ballroom on the ground floor of some 1326 square metres. On the first floor, there is a superb, purpose built auditorium/theatre - a technical and aesthetic marvel of some 1250 square metres. The ballroom, on the ground floor, will accommodate up to 1200 people (seated) and is capable of being divided into 4 exhibition areas. It is a fully equipped with the latest audio visual tools including motorised screens, lighting bars and a centralised control area.

Imposing entrance lobbies at both the "bow and stern" lead to a vast ballroom and via elegant curving stairways or aluminium-faced lifts, to a state-of-the-art theatre on the upper floor. The conference facilities are truly outstanding. A stunning 415 seat theatre and full cinema style videoprojection, infrared voting systems and built-in audience participation microphones.
