1. Projects Closing Date
Projects will close on January 31st 2008 at 4pm. All entry forms will be saved and after this cannot be changed.


2. Project Entry Forms
It is important that you logon to the website and make sure that your entry form is completed. We need up to date address, email and phone numbers. We also need you to complete all the questions on the entry form.

If the entry form is not completed by January 31st 2008 at 4pm, your project will not be judged.


3. Participation Certificates
Certificates are sent out to every person who enters the challenge. If you have not received your certificate, then you need to check your contact details on your entry form to make sure it is correct.


4. Forgot your username or password
If you have forgotten your username or password, and cannot update your entry form please contact Amena on 02 6941 583.
PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ENTRY FORM.


5. Sending Us Your Project
If you do NOT have a server to host your website or project
- send us your project on a CD.
- Please copy all the files and send us THREE copies (three judges will look at your project).

If you project requires special software to run
- provide us with screenshots of the program and a written explanation of what is happening.
- Put these on a CDROM and send us THREE copies.

If your project is a word document or PowerPoint
- put the files on a CDROM and send us THREE copies.

If your project has a server
- check your entry form
- make sure the website address is correct on the entry form

You can include photographs or other documentation such as letters and commendations (please include 3 copies of each).

YOU MUST SEND THE THREE COPIES OF THE CD TO US BEFORE JANUARY 31st 2008.
