Are there any scholarships or grants for students wishing to specialize in teaching English as a second language?

I tried to find something TESL, TESOL, EFL, specific etc., whether offered by a particular school, or just a general scholarship. All types of incentive programs for this field of study would be great. If it's something specific to school, I would be open schools nationally and internationally.
